Dr Amit M. Gupta (“Maharashtra Ratna”, 2022) is amongst a select few in the country with Post Doctoral Certified Fellowship in Gastrointestinal HPB (Liver, Gallbladder, Pancreas, Stomach) and Retroperitoneal Oncosurgery. He did his post-doctoral from the very prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital. He learned Gastrointestinal HPB and Retroperitoneal Oncosurgery from the well-reckoned Dr. (Prof.) Shailesh Vinayak Shrikhande and Dr. (Prof.) Mahesh Goel.
